This new course, aimed at Stylists and Therapists shows them what to focus on to build their columns and get themselves busier.

Stylists/Therapists will understand where to put their efforts for greatest effect, how to develop their communication skills and discover more about their individual identity and how to bring their own style and personality to their work.

This highly interative course includes group exercises and working in pairs to identify client friendly language that can be used straight away to get results as well as useful handouts. 

It teaches Stylists/Therapists ways to attract more new clients and how to use their existing client base more effectively to reduce gaps.
